If you have selected a courier from the list of couriers supporting real-time tracking, “Shipped” orders will automatically be classified as “Completed” once the customer signs for them on delivery.
If the courier you have selected is not on the list of couriers supporting real-time tracking, then “Shipped” orders will be classified as “Completed” after the customer clicks on the “Item received” button on the orders page.
If the customer still has not clicked on the “Item received” button after 15 days (60 days for cross-border customers, 30 days for customers utilizing GMO Payment After Delivery), the system will automatically classify the order as “Completed”.
Don’t worry, shop revenue is calculated based on when the designer clicks on the “Send” button on the orders page. Your shop’s revenue will not be affected even if the customer does not click on the “Item received” button.
