Pinkoi has connected a “real time tracking” service with the shipping statuses of orders. When using a supported courier, the system will automatically sync its shipping status with the courier after the designer ships the item. Therefore, its very important that designers enter the correct tracking number and courier.
For unsupported couriers, the system will simply show either “Shipped” or “Delivered” for the shipping status.
Please note that when shipping across borders, the shipping status for the order may be displayed in different languages because of the “language used by the courier” and “shipping progress of the package”.
For example:
A package is being shipped from Taiwan to Germany. After successfully shipping out from Taiwan, the shipping status will be updated in Chinese. After leaving Taiwanese borders, the shipping status could be updated in English while the package is en route to Germany. Finally, once the package crosses the border into Germany, the shipping status would then be updated in German.
