Products that have not been purchased from Pinkoi.
Certain products may be unsuitable for refunds or exchanges due to their nature.
For example: (1) Customized products (products with customization details specified by the customer that both the customer and designer have discussed before production). (2) Products with limited shelf lives or products that can expire (example: perishable goods, calendars). (3) Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. (4) Digital Products. The returned product has been damaged, preventing the designer from reselling it.
Requesting a return or exchange over 7 days after the order has arrived (counting from the day after delivery).
