Yes, you can request a partial refund. Pinkoi provides 3 methods for requesting refunds that you can choose from.
- Method 1: Full refund (item total and shipping fee)
- Method 2: Selecting the refund item quantity and/or shipping fee (specific items and/or partial shipping fees)
- Method 3: Entering a specific refund amount (amount agreed upon by the designer and you)
Before filling out the refund request form, please make sure that you have first informed the designer about your need for a refund. (Please note that designers reserve the right to decline refund requests for customized items.）
The following are some examples of partial refunds can be used:
Q: I have purchased multiple items and want a refund for one of them. How do I request a refund for this item?
A: Please use Method 2. Select the quantity of the item you want a refund for, confirm that the details are correct and then send out the refund request.
Q: I want a refund for all the items in an order but do not need a refund for the shipping fee. How should I request this?
A: Please use Method 2. Deselect the “Refund shipping fee” checkbox and you’ll be able to request a refund on just the item total.
Q: I only need to request a refund of the shipping fee. How should I do this?
A: Please use Method 2. Make sure the “Refund shipping fee” checkbox is selected. Change all item quantities to “0” and you’ll be able to request a refund of just the shipping fee.
Q: After placing an order, the designer needs to refund a portion of the order amount to me. How should I request this?
A: Please use Method 3. Simply enter the agreed upon refund amount and submit your request.
Note: Orders will be automatically completed 60 days after they are shipped. Refund requests will not be accepted for completed orders. If you require a refund for an order that was shipped over 60 days ago, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, making sure to include your order number and reason for requesting a refund. We will do our best to assist you.
