I have already shipped an order. Why can’t I see it on the sales statement? Will I not receive payment for it?

Orders are added to the sales statement according to when the designer ships the item.

Example: The customer places an order and submits payment on 01/31. The designer then ships the item and clicks on the “Send” button on 02/08. The revenue for the order will then be added to the sales statement for February.
