Seven calendar days (including weekends) after the order's status is marked as "Order completed" (the completion day is not included), the order will be included in the sales statement for that month.
Example: If a customer places an order and makes a payment on August 30th, the brand ships the product, and the customer receives the product on September 2nd, the system will mark the order as "Completed" on September 2nd. This order will be included in the September sales statement on September 9th (Completion date = September 2nd, plus 7 days = September 9th).

According to the Business Entity Accounting Act, a transaction is considered complete once the seller delivers the goods or provides the service (when the brand ships the product and the customer receives it).
Pinkoi provides shipment tracking for some logistics providers and will update the information based on the shipping progress.
If the brand uses a logistics provider with shipment tracking, the system will automatically update the order status to "Completed" when the product is delivered or signed for.
If the brand uses a logistics provider without shipment tracking, the system will automatically update the order status to "Completed" after a certain number of days.
*Domestic orders are automatically completed 7 days after shipment.
*International orders are automatically completed 20 days after shipment.
