Pinkoi transfers sales revenues on the same date every month to all shops. Pinkoi’s minimum transfer requirement is also standard for all shops. We are unable to adjust these standards and requirements for each individual shop. Under only two circumstances will Pinkoi make transfers outside of the scheduled date and minimum requirement:
- The shop is closing permanently.
The designer wishes to close the shop or the Pinkoi management team forces the shop to close because it has violated shop guidelines.
After all of the shop’s orders have been processed and shipped, please send an email to service@pinkoi.com. After verifying that all remaining orders have been completed, we will transfer all remaining revenue to you on the next transfer date. - Pinkoi is clearing all shop revenue for the year as described in the Pinkoi Shop Agreement.
At the beginning of each year, Pinkoi will clear all shop revenue from the previous year.
In order to avoid the situation where revenue fund transfers are continually delayed because shops are unable to reach transfer requirements, Pinkoi will arrange for all shop revenue from the previous year to be cleared and transferred to the designers (this does not include shops that have violated guidelines and are closed temporarily). Designers will be responsible for transfer fees.
