If you have filled out the settings under Finances and your shop revenue meets minimum transfer requirements, you will regularly receive shop revenue.
You can log into your shop account and access Shop Manager to make changes to these settings at any time. There’s no need to send emails to notify Pinkoi if you want to make changes. Pinkoi cannot and will not assist you in making changes to these settings.
The minimum transfer requirement is that “Sales Revenue” on the sales statement must be at least NT $1000. Because Pinkoi will first deduct a NT $45 transfer fee when transferring funds, the NT $1000 requirement helps designers to avoid having transfer fees frequently deducted from revenue transfers.
For the months where the sales revenue does not reach the minimum requirement, the revenue will be carried over and accumulated until the NT $1000 requirement is reached, after which it will be transferred to the designer and the NT $45 transfer fee deducted.
Example: The revenue for March does not meet the minimum requirement, therefore, nothing is transferred on the following transfer date in April. The revenue is carried over and accumulated until it reaches the minimum requirement in June. On the following transfer date in July all of the revenue from March to June is then transferred to the designer.
