I’m a designer, how do I configure shipping fees?

Please go to “Shop Manager” → “Settings” → “Shipping” and follow the steps below.

1. Click on “Add shipping option”, and then fill out the “Shipping option name” and “Send from” fields. Next, enter the shipping times and amounts of shipping fees as required.

2. Please prioritize the configuration of Pinkoi’s key markets: Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, mainland China, Thailand, Canada, the United States, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, England, Germany.

For Asia, Europe, North and South America, Africa, and Oceania, you can fill out a single set of shipping fees and have them applied to all countries in the region. If you require, you can also expand the list of countries in particular region and configure shipping fees for certain countries individually.

Reminder: If you are only providing a single shipping method, please do so under “Standard shipping”.
