1. The files you are trying to upload do not meet system requirements (issues with file format, size, dimensions, etc.)
2. Your Internet connection was interrupted or is currently unstable.
3. The Web browser you are using is unstable. We recommend using Google Chrome. Chrome is currently the most stable browser available and using it can minimize the chances of errors when uploading photos.
If you are still not able to upload photos or videos after ruling out the reasons described above, please email us at email@example.com. Please be sure to include your browser version and a screenshot of the issue. Our Development Team will first determine the reason for the issue and then proceed to help you solve it.
