Can I combine shipping fees?

You can decide if you want to provide your customers with a shipping discount for ordering multiple items from your shop by combining shipping fees. Instructions for combining shipping fees are as follows:

Go to “Shop Manager” → “Settings” → “Shipping”. Click on “Edit” beside any of your already created shipping options. Make sure you fill out the “Fee for additional items” field for each country/region that you are offering shipping to.

Customers will be more willing to purchase additional items when the shipping fees for the second item are less than for the first item.

It is not advisable to set the shipping fees for the second item higher than for the first item. If the average shipping fees for purchasing two items is higher than for purchasing a single item, customers will be discouraged from purchasing additional items. Furthermore, this may cause customers to use separate orders to purchase individual items.
