While vacation mode is enabled, customers will still be able to place orders. If you do not wish to receive any orders while in vacation mode, please go to Listings and deactivate all listings.
However, orders that were placed before the vacation period that have not been shipped yet should not be affected by the designer’s vacation. Please process all orders before going on vacation or communicate with the customers and come to an agreement about how their orders will be handled.
If during your vacation, you receive an inquiry from a customer for an order that has already been shipped, please view this as providing after sales service. Even if you can’t help the customer right away, please explain the circumstances in a friendly manner informing them of the time that you will be able to help them.
