How do I enter my shop story in other languages?

Select “Settings” followed by “About the Shop”. Next, scroll down to the “Shop Story” field and click on “Provide shop story in additional languages” underneath the field. Select the language you want to enter and then click on “Save” after you are done entering it.

The more languages you provide your content in, the more customers you will reach!

Please keep in mind that Pinkoi's website and apps are currently available in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and English.

If you have not yet entered your content in other languages, Pinkoi will provide automatic translations of your content into other languages via Google Translate. However, in order to minimize the risks related to this service, we strongly encourage you to provide translations of your shop content on your own.
