If you wish to close your shop on Pinkoi, please login with your shop account and apply through this page.
Please confirm that you have completed the actions listed below before submitting your application. The closing process may not proceed smoothly if the following tasks weren't completed accordingly.

Resolve all outstanding orders, refund requests, and Pinkoi messages.
⚠️ If you have any un-shipped orders, make sure to take care of them before you apply to close your shop. -
Designate an account where you can receive payments and security deposit.
⚠️ If you do not do this, we will be unable to send you your sales revenue or return your security deposit (if any). Wrong account information, account being inactive, or other account issues will lead to failure of receiving payments. -
Backup all important shop information to your computer, including shop revenue reports, product photos, and product descriptions.
⚠️ After your shop is closed, you can no longer have access to your Shop Manager and all the information on it. -
Deactivate all product listings to prevent customers from making any further orders.

If you have previously used any of Pinkoi's ads services, please make sure that you have resolved all outstanding payments.
Pinkoi will execute shop closure within 3-5 working days of receiving your Close Shop Application. A notification email will be sent to your shop's contact email after we have completed the procedure.
You don't need to contact us via email again if you already submitted a Close Shop Application through shop manager. If you have other questions, feel free to contact us at service@pinkoi.com.
