For orders that have already been shipped by the International Forwarding Center:
Members in China, Hong Kong and Macau：
- For items shipped via SF Express, please contact your local SF Express customer service. They will help to change your shipping address.
Members in the United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore and Malaysia：
- For items sent via Chunghwa Post, the shipping address cannot be changed due to system limitations.
- For items shipped via FedEx, please contact your local FedEx customer service. They will help to change your shipping address. A fee may be charged for this.
