How do I change my shipping address about the forwarding service?

For orders that have not yet been shipped by the International Forwarding Center:

The International Forwarding Center will help to make the appropriate changes for you. Please contact us with the following information:

a. Order number

b. Detailed and complete shipping address (must include postal code)

For orders that have already been shipped by the International Forwarding Center:

Members in China, Hong Kong and Macau：

• For items shipped via SF Express, please contact your local SF Express customer service. They will help to change your shipping address.
