Once an order is placed, no changes can be made regardless if you have selected the wrong size, wrong product, or need to purchase additional products. Please use the “Contact designer” function on the order page to directly discuss your issue with the designer.
If your shipping information is incorrect, please contact the designer as soon as possible using the "Contact designer" function and ask them to modify the shipping address before they ship your order.
If you do not receive a reply from the designer in over 3 working days (excluding holidays and weekends), please contact us.
