If you have already placed an order, the system will send an order notification to your email address. If you have not received this email notification, please verify that:
1. You have correctly entered your email address.
After signing in using the desktop version of Pinkoi, click on your profile picture in the upper right hand corner of the page and then select “My Account”. Under “General Settings” you will be able to edit the email address that you configured for use with Pinkoi.
2. You have subscribed to order notifications.
Desktop version: After signing in, click on your profile picture in the upper right hand corner of the page and then select “My Account” → “Subscriptions”. Make sure that “Orders” is selected under “Manage Subscriptions”.
3. The email has not been put in your spam folder.
Check your spam folder to see if you can find the notification email that we’ve sent you. Make sure that emails from Pinkoi are not marked as spam. You can also add noreply-order@pinkoi.com to your contacts to ensure that you you will receive all important notifications and exclusive discounts from us!
