How do I know if the designer accepts orders for customized items?

You can check if an item is customizable or not under the “Product Details” section of the item’s product page.

Under normal circumstances, refunds will not be provided for customizable items (for more information please see the Pinkoi Returns Policy). It is recommended that you use the “Contact designer” function to enquire about customization details before placing an order.
