If you see SF Express “Pay S/H on arrival” as one of the shipping options, this means that after the designer ships the order, the customer will directly pay shipping fees to the delivery staff when the order is delivered. If you wish to use this option, please first confirm estimated shipping costs with the designer before placing your order.
