Please verify the status of your order in order to determine if there is still enough time to modify the shipping information:
Payment has been made, but the order has not been shipped
If you have completed payment but your order has not yet been shipped, please contact the designer as soon as possible using the "Contact designer" button located on the order page. Ask the designer to modify the shipping address before they ship the order out.
Payment has been made, and the order has already been shipped
If you have completed payment and your order has already been shipped to the original address that you provided, please contact the designer using the "Contact designer" button located on the order page to discuss a solution. If the order is not successfully delivered, it will be returned to the sender. The designer will then need to provide you with a link for additional shipping fees. After you have paid these additional fees, the designer will reship your order.

After a designer ships your order, you will receive an email notification from Pinkoi. You can also check if your order has been shipped on its order page and use the provided tracking number to track the progress of your shipment via the relevant courier’s website.
