What should I do if I encounter an abnormality with my package when using Linex?

If you are using Pinkoi x Linex as your delivery method and you encounter an abnormality with the package on arrival (for example, the package is damaged), please make sure that the delivery person notes the abnormality on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Immediately take photos of the entire package as evidence (including photos of the delivery receipt with abnormality noted and the overall condition of the package upon delivery). After you verify the abnormal or damaged state of the package, make sure you report it to the designer for further processing.
